Hola buenas tardes, me comunico con vosotros muy decepcionada. Les compré una Barbie que supuestamente cantaba y cuando mi hija abrió el dia de reyes su paquete y saco la Barbie de su caja no hacía nada y para nuestra sorpresa las pilas venían oxidadas. No puedo entender cómo vosotros no comprobáis las condiciones de vuestros juguetes antes de mandarlo, porque claramente no lo habéis hecho,ni siquiera os habéis molestado en darle al brazo de la muñeca para ver si funcionaba o no. Espero me deis una solucion porque mi hija de 3 añitos está igual o más decepcionada que yo. Y para ella su decepción es peor porque su juguete lo traían los Reyes.

Usted puede mirar la parte de la espalda del articulo, donde hay una parte que se puede abrir y cambiar las pilas. Es muy sencillo y fácil.
