Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify RAMON VALLS BLANCO at c/ del Mar, nº 73, 08380 Malgrat de Mar, email: info@juguetesland.com, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The CUSTOMER will bear the direct costs of returning the goods; therefore, the cost of collection will be deducted from the refund, except in the case where the reason is defective quality or a shipping error on our part.

We will process this refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to RAMON VALLS BLANCO & SPASKA NIKOLAEVA NIKOLOVA, c/ del Mar, nº 73, 08380 Malgrat de Mar, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

You will only be liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
