In June 2001, the Bratz dolls were released by the Mattel house, featuring four street fashion characters named Yasmin, Cloe, Sasha and Jade. They gained great popularity, becoming number one in many countries, such as France, Spain and Italy, Japan and number two in the UK.
They are teenagers who dress in fashion with pants that are tight at the hips, abundant necklines, worn and ripped jeans, abundant makeup and attractive hair.
