Cómo puedo conseguir tres piezas que no venían en el set?

Lo he comprobado en el catálogo, complicado, es una referencia de importación y el distribuidor actualmente ya no la tiene en disponibilidad, descatalogada, no se pueden encontrar piezas de recambio, debería notificarlo al comercio donde realizó la compra.
