Big Ears: He is a magical and friendly gnome who lives on the edge of the Enchanted Forest. Noddy loves visiting his old friend, who always greets him with a big smile, a story, and a few gnome spells.
Officer Cop: He is in charge of keeping the residents of Toy Town happy. A task that involves keeping the grumpy goblins Scamp and Gobball away.
Genie: He moved from Robot Town to take care of the garage. He's kind of a newcomer who is still getting used to life in Toy Town.
Scamp and Gobball: They are two very grumpy goblins who are always causing trouble in Toy Town. They hate it when other people have fun, and there's nothing they like more than a boring night in their tree house.
Mr. Wobbly: He's a round fellow who loves eating jelly and spends all day waiting for it to be made. He's great friends with Noddy and Tessie and is often part of their adventures.
Mr. Jumbo: He's a tall elephant with big ears. He's also a friend of Noddy and often accompanies him on minor occasions.
Clockwork Mouse: He's a mouse who specializes in repairing clocks. He's a great friend to everyone in town and one of the friendliest.
The Wooden Dolls: There are six little ones who love playing with Noddy and his dog Bompi. Five are identical, but one wears glasses.
Doll Mother: She's the mother of the quadruplets. She's a very attentive mother, worried about her children. She sometimes invites Noddy to entertain her kids.
"The Fairy": She's the assistant to the robot Genie. Everything she wears is pink, and she has magical powers. She's a little clumsy, but she's a very good friend.
Dina: She's a doll who owns an accessories shop in the city. Her shop has all sorts of things.
Mr. Sparkles: He's a mechanic who works fixing all sorts of things. He's very positive and generous. His replacement in the new series is Genie.
Marta the Monkey: She's a silly and crazy monkey. She loves playing pranks on others, but at the same time, she just wants to have friends.
Chubby Bear: He's a very playful bear. He loves to eat and is very kind to others.
Pink Cat: She owns a smoothie shop. She's very elegant, poised, and has a delicate demeanor, which makes her a "classy cat." The smoothies they sell are the best in town.
