This agreement regulates the general conditions of purchase of the various products and services offered on this website by MARGARITA BLANCO (or JUGUETESLAND), with NIF nº 71005332P and address at c/ del Mar 73, 08380 Malgrat de Mar, Barcelona (SPAIN).

The CLIENT, when completing the registration process and purchasing any of our products, accepts and submits expressly to the clauses specified below, as well as the conditions of access and use of our portal and its privacy policy, accessible through the link "Legal Notices".
The CLIENT acknowledges having sufficient legal capacity to be contractually bound.
This contract is permanently accessible in the legal notices of our website.
1. PRICES AND TAXES
In consideration for the product purchased, the CUSTOMER agrees to pay expressly to MARGARITA BLANCO the amounts specified at the time of purchase in the price list established on the website www.juguetesland.com for the products chosen.
The products offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) which is included in the prices listed for each product.
In the case of shipments to European Union countries, Spanish VAT will be deducted and the VAT rate corresponding to the destination country will be applied according to the annual turnover in that country.
In the case of the application of import and/or customs duties, these will be paid by the recipient. These costs may vary depending on the country of destination, so in most cases the costs cannot be estimated prior to delivery.
Transport costs are NOT included in the price of the products. For this purpose, the rates are as follows:

Once the selection of products has been completed and before the order is confirmed and payment made, the final price of the purchase will appear on the screen, including VAT (Value Added Tax), handling, packaging and shipping costs, if applicable, which will be reflected on the order form at the time of purchase and on the invoice.
Not included is everything that is not specified in the description as included.
2. PURCHASING PROCEDURE
Orders can only be placed through this website by individuals over 14 years of age and companies.
All our products are detailed on the website on an individual basis. The procedure for making and managing the purchase is indicated on the website and only the following steps should be followed:
        a. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
        b. When you select a product, it can be added to the Shopping Cart and you can choose between continuing to buy or processing the order.
        c. To process the order you must fill out a form with your personal data to formalize the purchase procedure.
Once this step has been completed, you will receive, in the e-mail you have indicated, confirmation that the registration has been carried out correctly. In case you are a registered user, to continue with the purchase process you only need to enter the username and password you generated in the first purchase. The user code and password are personal and correspond to the person who carried out the registration process, who is exclusively responsible for their safekeeping. Through your account you can manage the information we have and modify or update your data.
        d. The order will then be verified, where the selected items are listed one by one and the total price is calculated.
        e. It will also be necessary to indicate the billing addresses and specify whether the order is collected in store or delivered to your home, indicating in each case the establishment of collection or delivery address of the purchase made. It will be possible to indicate a unique address for the invoicing and delivery, as well as another address in case the invoicing address is different from the delivery address.
        f. Once the process has been processed, it will be necessary to check a box to read and accept the terms and conditions of sale.
        g. The website will provide you with the mechanisms to make the payment according to the system chosen in each case.
        h. Once the payment details have been entered, you must confirm the order by clicking on the "Buy" button.
        i. Once the "Buy" button has been pressed, the product will be delivered.
The CUSTOMER is informed that the photographs and descriptions of the products on the website are an approximate image of the products and services offered so it is possible that they may differ from the original. The descriptions and illustrations of the products offered through this website are for information purposes only.
3. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
The products offered by JUGUETESLAND are available for the European Union and for distribution and delivery exclusively in Spain (mainland), France (mainland), Portugal (mainland), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic.
No shipments will be made outside these territories, so they do not include the following: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; Atlantic Coastal Islands, Channel Islands, Mediterranean Islands and Corsica.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
The products offered by MARGARITA BLANCO will always be subject to availability, which will be specifically indicated on our website for each product. Therefore, if any article offered is not available, the customer will be duly informed of the lack of availability for the purchase. Under normal conditions, all the products that appear on our website are available for delivery within the time limits indicated.
In cases where, once the order has been placed, the product contracted by the CUSTOMER is out of stock, he will be duly informed and offered an alternative product of similar characteristics at the same price and quality as the one purchased. If the CLIENT is still not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, MARGARITA BLANCO will proceed to refund the amount already paid and will inform you of the procedures and deadlines for reimbursement.
There are two types of delivery: 1) Home delivery or 2) Store collection. At the time of purchase you can choose the mode you prefer.
3.1. Shop collection method.
If the CUSTOMER selects the method of store collection, he will receive a notification of the arrival of the order via email. From that moment on, the CLIENT can pick it up at c/ del Mar, nº 73, 08380 in Malgrat de Mar.
For the collection in store it will be necessary to present the reference of the order and the ID card. In case of not being able to pick up the order, the CLIENT may authorize another person, indicating this fact together with the data of both and a photocopy of the ID of the person who has placed the order.
3.2. Home delivery method.
Deliveries will be made on working days (Monday to Friday). It is recommended that the CUSTOMER communicate his or her time preferences for delivery when completing the order data in the section for Comments.
The delivery of the product purchased at home will be made by the carrier (GLS) together with a delivery note at the address indicated on the order form that the customer must sign as a document of receipt. Likewise, the CUSTOMER will be duly informed in the event that an incident occurs or the delivery is delayed for any reason.
As a general rule, the maximum delivery time at home will be
        - Spain = from 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours.
        - France (mainland), Portugal (mainland), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia = from 24 hours to a maximum of 96 hours, depending on the country of destination
All times indicated are calculated from the moment of purchase and from the moment we have confirmed your payment. These delivery times are approximate and in no way binding for MARGARITA BLANCO.
If delivery to the address indicated is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the carrier will contact the CUSTOMER directly to agree on a delivery time, the collection of the package at any physical office of GLS in its corresponding area or at any ParcelShops of GLS in its area indicating, in any case, the steps to be followed. In the event that delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address, the cost of re-sending the order will be charged to the CUSTOMER.MARGARITA BLANCO is not responsible for delays in delivery of purchased parts due to causes attributable to the carrier.
In order that you are informed at all times of the management of your purchase, you will receive an email notification of the confirmation of your order and payment.
Likewise, the CUSTOMER can check the status of his order by calling during business hours to the contact numbers indicated; sending an email to the address info@juguetesland.com or through the form available on our website.
4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS
The following forms of payment are accepted:
        - Credit or Debit Card: The transaction is made by connecting directly to the Banc Sabadell bank through its payment gateway.
        - PayPal: Connecting directly to Paypal.
        - Bank transfer: By making a deposit of the total amount of the purchase in the current account that will be indicated to you by e-mail.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.
MARGARITA BLANCO has no knowledge of your credit card details. All our payment systems are totally secure.
Payments are prior to the delivery of the product, so MARGARITA BLANCO will not provide the product ordered until it has received payment for it. MARGARITA BLANCO reserves the right to cancel temporarily or permanently the services provided, in the event of any incident in the collection of the same.
5. BILLS
When you make the corresponding payment, you will receive the Invoice of your purchase in PDF format in the email you indicated for this purpose at the time of processing the order. The original of the invoice will be delivered with the product purchased at the time of delivery.
If you wish to obtain an invoice in the name of your company, please contact customer service (info@juguetesland.com) so that we can provide you with the necessary tax information.
The CLIENT is responsible for confirming the receipt of notifications and for informing us of any changes to their details, leaving MARGARITA BLANCO exonerated from any responsibility derived from this circumstance.
6. GUARANTEE
All our products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed against production defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design or material defect, although it will be necessary for the lack of conformity to be revealed within 2 months from the date of knowledge of the defect.
The warranty covers only defective products. It does not cover knocks, improper use, or others that are not attributable to a defect of the supplier or a tare in the product. During the warranty period the CUSTOMER may return the product and we will repair or replace it. The transport costs generated by returns under warranty will not be paid by the CUSTOMER.
The warranty document is the purchase invoice.
In the case of products that have the manufacturer's guarantee, it is usually the buyer himself who contacts the manufacturer directly to resolve the problem or incident more quickly. There are also manufacturers who, in cases where parts are missing or broken, have their own replacement service and spare parts shipment.
In any case, JUGUETESLAND will provide the customer with the contact details and the procedure to follow to solve the incident as soon as possible.
7. TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT:
The risk of loss or damage to the product ordered will be transferred to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, has acquired its material possession.
It is important to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you detect that the box is open or damaged, claim the problem with the transport agency and contact via this email: info@juguetesland.com.
8. RETURNS
Returns or exchanges of products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect, transport damage or delivery errors.

In any case, no more than 14 days must have passed since the reception of the product and the packaging and accessories must be included.
We understand that most of the time the items purchased at Juguetesland are not given away within 14 days from receipt of the product, for this reason in the comments section when placing the order or by email notify us of the date of the order. Product coverage by the final consumer and will have 14 days for its return from the date you notify us.

It will be checked prior to acceptance that it is a manufacturing or packaging defect or anomaly and not improper or negligent use, handling or storage. They will always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice.
Both in the case of a return due to a manufacturing or packaging defect, and in the case of an error in the order, it will be offered to the CUSTOMER:
        - Receive another similar product, if available.
        - The repair of the part and receipt of the repaired product, if possible.
        - To change the article for another or several different products and the replacement for another alternative without additional cost and without the right, on the part of the CLIENT, to any type of compensation.
        - Receive a voucher for the value of the defective product, without expiration, to redeem at the establishment of the MARGARITA BLANCO, shop located at c/ del Mar nº 73, 08380 Malgrat de Mar (Barcelona).
        - The expenses generated by the shipment of the repaired or correct order will be paid by MARGARITA BLANCO.
In any case, the return will always be subject to prior examination by MARGARITA BLANCO of the condition of the product being returned and verification that the requirements of these conditions of sale have been met. Once we receive the return and if appropriate, we will refund the amount charged within a maximum of 30 days and in the same terms that were used to make payment.
MARGARITA BLANCO reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
The returns will be managed through the sending of an email to info@juguetesland.com making a description of the reasons and causes alleged for the return. It will also be necessary to indicate the name and reference number of the order. Once we receive the request, we will process it in a timely manner.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party other than the carrier as indicated by you has acquired material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at MARGARITA BLANCO in c/ del Mar, nº 73, 08380 Malgrat de Mar, email: info@juguetesland.com, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not obligatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right be sent before the expiry of the relevant deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least costly method of ordinary delivery offered by us) without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us at MARGARITA BLANCO, c/ del Mar, nº 73, 08380 Malgrat de Mar, without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you return the goods before the end of this period. 
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
10. COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES
This contract will be perfected with the payment of the product and the sending to the CUSTOMER of a confirmation email with a description of the purchase made.
MARGARITA BLANCO reserves the right to modify in any way the characteristics and conditions of their services, always with the aim of improving them and that it is a benefit to the CUSTOMER.
11. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
JUGUETESLAND is committed to providing the CUSTOMER with the products and services that have been contracted by applying the maximum diligence in the provision of the service, as well as taking care of the maintenance of the facilities necessary for the operation of the network, having for this purpose an adequate technical and computer equipment, and managing the logistics, shipping and delivery operations of the purchase made through the carrier.
The CUSTOMER undertakes to use the services made available in good faith, without violating the laws in force in any matter or infringing the rights of third parties, as well as to pay for the selected product in the time and manner set out in these conditions of sale and upon receipt at the place indicated for delivery.
JUGUETESLAND does not guarantee that the availability of the service object of this contract will be continuous and uninterrupted, due to circumstances caused by problems in the Internet network, breakdowns in computer devices and other unforeseeable circumstances. Therefore, the CUSTOMER accepts to support these circumstances within reasonable limits, and expressly waives any contractual or extra-contractual responsibility to JUGUETESLAND for the possible failures, errors and use of the contracted service.
12. COMMUNICATIONS
All notifications between the parties shall be made preferably by e-mail. The CUSTOMER is responsible for confirming the receipt of notifications and informing MARGARITA BLANCO of any changes to their data, being exonerated from any liability arising from this circumstance.
In case of modification the CUSTOMER must inform MARGARITA BLANCO in the e-mail or telephone numbers indicated on our website.
In compliance with Article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our commercial shipments and information relating to our website and the products offered therein, will be made by e-mail to the address you provide, always with revocable character. In any case, you have the option of rejecting our commercial communications by sending an e-mail to the address info@juguetesland.com indicating in the subject the word LOW.
13. COMMITMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
The CLIENT acknowledges having read and accepted the legal conditions of use and the privacy policy of the website.
The CLIENT acknowledges that he has understood all the information regarding the products and services, including, if applicable, the delivery, offered on our website, as well as all the conditions and stipulations contained in this electronic contract, and therefore affirms that they are sufficient for the exclusion of the error in the consent of this contract, and therefore accepts them fully and expressly.
The CLIENT is fully aware that the acceptance and execution of this contract will take place by providing his data and pressing the "Buy" button indicated on our website and will be completed with the payment of the service.
14. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
This contract is of a commercial nature, and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any discrepancy or difference between the parties in relation to the interpretation, content or execution of the Contract that is not resolved by mutual agreement, the parties shall submit to the courts or tribunals that are competent in each case. In those cases where it is foreseen that the parties may submit to a jurisdiction, they shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
