How to use the wheat bag? Heat in the microwave: Heat the wheat bag for about 60 seconds at 600W (reduce time for higher wattage level) in a CLEAN microwave. Heat in the oven: The wheat bags of the Rubens Tummies dolls can also be heated in the oven for 10 minutes at 100 °C. Afterwards, the bag remains warm for about 30 minutes. Cool in the freezer: Place the wheat bag in the freezer for 1-3 hours. It remains cold for about 30 minutes. One wheat bag is included in the delivery.
