Each wheat bag contains organic wheat produced locally in southern Sweden. I am perfect for warm and cozy bedtime, hot summer days, fevers and aches - it all depends on your needs! Rubens Barn Tummies dolls care about the environment and that's why they are made from Organic Content Standard (OCS) organic cotton. They are stuffed with Global Recycled Standard (GRS) PET filling and their tummies contain weighted wheat bags. How to use the wheat bag? Microwave heating: Heat the wheat bag for approximately 60 seconds at 600W (reduce time for higher wattage level) in a CLEAN microwave. Heat in the oven: The wheat bags of the Rubens Tummies dolls can also be heated in the oven for 10 minutes at 100 °C. After this, the bag remains warm for about 30 minutes. Cooling in the freezer: Place the wheat bag in the freezer for 1-3 hours. It remains cold for about 30 minutes. A wheat bag is included in the delivery. These adorable dolls contain removable bags of organic Swedish wheat that you can heat in the microwave or cool in the freezer depending on your children's needs. They are ideal for relieving tummy aches or for cooling down on hot summer nights or during a fever. USING THE WHEAT BAG - Microwave: Heat the wheat bag for approx. 60 sec. at 600W (reduce time for higher wattage level) in a CLEAN microwave. - Oven: Approx. 100°C for 10 min. The bag will remain warm for 30-40 min. - Freezer: Place the wheat bag in the freezer for 1-3 hours. The bag will remain cold for approx. 30 minutes. CARE OF THE WHEAT BAG Moisten the wheat bag frequently by placing a glass of water next to the wheat bag in a clean microwave for 1-2 minutes at 600W. Do this process before using the bag for the first time. Make sure the wheat bag is at room temperature before the next heating or cooling session. NOTE: The wheat bag should not be washed.
