At that time when Herm has teamed up with Irving Price and Helen Schelle, together they launch their first line of toys which they call "The 16 Icons" and included a pair of adorable ducklings.
In 1930, Herm Fisher has learned that the world needs better toys. Toys that "would awaken the imagination of the little ones and that were innovative, surprising and fun". At that time when Herm has teamed up with Irving Price and Helen Schelle. Together they launched their first line of toys which they called "The 16 Icons" and included a couple of adorable ducklings.
Since then, what are known as childcare products have been developed. These are products that allow parents and babies to relax and enjoy the first few months. Plus, they're perfect for baby shower lists.
Everything has emerged as the smile of Fisher, Price and Schelle. Because toys change, baby products grow, and technology transforms, but one thing never changes: children want to have fun.
Behind everything they have done is the Gaming Lab. Since 1961, they have invited children to play. In the Laboratory you can make a lot of noise, press all the buttons, throw the blocks and kill "the bad guys." And while they enjoy themselves, child research experts, designers and engineers witness these bright young minds at work. They take note of how they learn and add it to the functions and design of products making playing with their toys quite an adventure and a lot of FUN.
