Description

A strong core of reliable and adaptable warriors with good firepower, whether advancing or defending positions, is an invaluable asset to any strategist. In the case of attack forces reinforced by Primaris battle-brothers, this role is filled by Intercessor squads. These squads are capable of unleashing crossfire volleys and often form the flexible fighting core of newly founded Primaris Chapters, though many established Chapters also utilize their capabilities and deploy them alongside Tactical Squads. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a squad of 10 Primaris Intercessors. Equipped with Tacticus Mark X power armor to maximize their protection and mobility, they prove to be reliable and adaptable warriors, armed with bolt rifles, which can belong to one of three variants: the standard model with a curved magazine, the automatic bolt rifle with an overcharger and ammunition box, or the Silence bolt rifle with a long-range scope and straight magazine. There are 16 right shoulder pads decorated with Intercessor iconography, enough to cover all arm options, including 2 with an open radius panel, 2 gesturing for the squad to halt, 2 wielding blade weapons, and 2 firing bolt pistols. A total of 24 different heads are available in this box, both helmeted and bare-headed. The miniatures can be assembled as a squad of 10 Troopers, a squad of 9 Intercessors and a Sergeant, or two separate squads of 5, each with its own Sergeant. The Sergeants feature unique heads, with helmets hanging from their belts and side headplates that help them stand out. To reflect their versatility in battle, the Intercessors come with a variety of additional accessories: 12 pistol holsters (2 of which are empty for Intercessors carrying them by hand), 10 ammo and grenade pouches, 6 bladegun scabbards (4 empty), 4 single grenade pouches, and 4 boltgun ammo pouches. The Primaris Intercessors kit comprises 266 components and includes 10 Citadel 32mm round bases and a transfer sheet.
